Hi kids! It's Thursday, May 7th. Today I am asking you to write a letter or send a card to Miss Justice if you can. Miss Justice is graduating from Fitchburg State University and two weeks ago won an award for being the most outstanding student in the teaching program. That is a great honor! If we were in the classroom this would have been her last week with us. Miss Justice is going to Fitchburg State University in the Fall to start her master's degree. We are so proud of her! Miss Justice's address is: 123 Benjamin Road Shirley, MA 01464
Yesterday's answer the the math question: Place Value Paul is worth 248 units. Joshua was our winner.
Today's question: Siena has a rectangular pool in her backyard. The sides measure 10 feet, 7 feet, 10 feet, and 7 feet. What is the perimeter and area? HINT: The perimeter is the distance around an object. To find the area, multiply the length by the width.
Don't forget -- I am still collecting recipes for our cookbook!
