First Day Fun
Today in class we created a pictograph about our first day feelings. It seems that EXCITED received the most votes! This afternoon we worked in pairs to try to save "Sammy" and get his life vest on him after he fell overboard!

Calming Corner
In 2E we have been using a classroom calming corner when we are upset or frustrated to calm down and collect our thoughts. Classroom calming corners are becoming a popular trend in k-2 classrooms across the United States. We have incorporated a classroom calming corner into our classroom to help manage our emotions.
